I feel lighter

Since starting the Heal Your Past elixir I feel lighter and less burdened by the things that happened to me in my past. I am feeling like I understand why things happened and don't feel as triggered by things that usually do trigger me. It's a nice feeling - it does feel like healing. Thank you!
